Founded in 2007, 4 Oaks Physical Therapy operates in Pasadena, Catonsville, Columbia, Glen Burnie, Hunt Valley, and Bowie, Maryland. Each location provides a full spectrum of physical therapy services, including post-surgical care, orthopedic care and aquatic therapy. This acquisition will allow 4 Oaks Physical Therapy to grow their physical presence with a planned significant expansion to serve additional Maryland communities.
