A Message To Our Patients:
At Twin Boro Physical Therapy, we are all about providing a comfortable and safe environment so that patients can feel confident in their physical therapy. Safety has always been – and will continue to be – our top priority.
We pride ourselves on the upkeep of our facilities, and the diligence of our team in maintaining long-established and well-developed safety and sanitation protocols.
During the midst of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our t
eam has taken significant additional measures to ensure that the safety of our team members and patients remain uninterrupted.
Our team has established internal resources, as well as action plans to further enhance our existing cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols. This includes, but is not limited to, significantly increasing the frequency in which we are sanitizing and disinfecting our treatment tables, exercise equipment, waiting rooms, doors and common areas.
We are encouraging staff and patients to practice preventative measures, such as washing hands and covering coughs/sneezes, to reduce the spread of all respiratory illnesses.
If you have recently traveled outside of the country, been exposed to someone with/is under investigation for COVID-19 within the past fourteen (14) days, or are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough o
r difficulty breathing, we ask you to kindly reschedule your upcoming therapy appointment.
Our team is constantly monitoring information and updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we remain as proactive as possible.
Completing your treatment is the most important factor in successful physical therapy. Twin Boro Physical Therapy clinics will remain open and continue to serve patients.
